How long is your delivery time for samples and orders?
Usually, samples can be delivered in 7 days if in stock, and approximately 14 days if they need to be produced. Bulk orders vary by quantity and customization.
How do you ensure product quality?
We maintain a strict quality control and AQL system, covering material QC and production QC. We also welcome third-party inspection teams to check goods before shipping.
Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes! We specialize in OEM orders. Sizes, colors, materials, logos, hangtags, and design patterns can all be customized according to your specific requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for production?
The standard MOQ is normally 300pcs per color. For smaller items, the MOQ might be higher. Please contact us for specific item details.
