Fiber cement board is a new type of green environmental protection board with excellent performance, such as fireproof, moisture proof, insect-resistant, easy working, thermal insulation, low deformation coefficient and durable. It is widely used for partition walls, exterior cladding and floors in offices, hospitals, factory buildings, villas, theaters and various art buildings.

🛠️ Exterior Wall Installation Guide
Preparation: Install supporting aluminum accessories on the back of the board based on design requirements.
Wall Marking: Clean the wall surface and mark position lines for the steel frame.
Keel Installation: Fix angle irons and vertical square steel tubes. Ensure perpendicularity using steel wires.
Board Mounting: Connect panels to the keel using aluminum accessories. Adjust horizontal and vertical alignment.
Joint Treatment: Fill seams with fiber cement powder mixing glue and apply special coating.
🧱 Partition Wall Installation
Fix top and bottom keels to the floor and ceiling with expansion bolts.
Align vertical keels at 612mm intervals.
Cut boards to size (approx. 10mm lower than wall height).
Fix boards using tapping screws at 200-250mm intervals.
Maintain a 4mm expansion seam between boards.
📐 Floor Board Installation
Polish welding seams flat on the steel structure before laying boards.
Lay boards parallel to the main beam; ensure no edges are suspended.
Leave a 3-5mm gap between boards.
Use M5*45mm countersunk head tapping screws for fastening.

For stock items, we can ship within 15 days after receiving the deposit. For new production, it typically takes 20 to 25 days.
